Ordered Bona mop and Bona LVP cleaner refill. It was shipped out via FedEx and arrived damaged to the local fedex hub and returned to you. You shipped another order out and I was just notified this one was damaged, too, and is being sent back to you. Will third shipment be the charm and I will actually receive the mop and cleaner? I wanted to support small business instead of Am@zon, but I’m starting to regret my decision since I still don’t have my original order yet. How DO you pack the items up for shipping or is this a FedEx issue?
I purchased the Bona Flexisand Power Drive at a decent price. The item arrived partially open. I checked the contents to make sure everything was in order however before completing the task I severely injured my back. My wife tried to return the sander but was told that there would be a 35% restock fee. Guess buyer beware.
